I need to speak to someone?
You can always reach us by email at [email protected]. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours, usually sooner than this during normal working hours. You may also contact us via our two social media channels. Instagram or Facebook (If its regarding a previous order, please remember to state your order number)
I’ve received my order but one or more of my items are damaged or faulty?
We are sorry to hear this. The best thing here is to contact us as soon as possible. Please send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll look into this for you. If items are damaged, it is important to remember to keep all packaging material, as this is required for us to investigate with the carrier. Please remember to take photos and send them in to us to avoid any further delays in resolving your query.
What are your delivery times and cost?
Most in stock items are delivered within 2-3 working days. For urgent deliveries, we have a express service and also a Saturday delivery service also. You can find all information relating to delivery on our dedicated delivery page here.
Do you dispatch items same day?
If the items are in stock then yes, providing your order has been placed and completed by 11.30am Monday – Friday.
When will my order be delivered?
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive our dispatch email with your tracking number to follow your parcel. Please refer to our delivery page for more information.
What is your return and refund policy?
Usually this is 14 days starting from day of delivery. You can find all related return and refund information from here.
I have seen an item which I would like cheaper elsewhere. Can you price match?
Yes! In most cases, we will be able to price match providing the items are in a new condition and based within the United Kingdom. Please email us where you have seen this and we'll surely be able to help.
