I’ve received my order but one or more of my items are damaged or faulty?
We are sorry to hear this. The best thing here is to contact us as soon as possible. Please send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll look into this for you. If items are damaged, itis important to remember to keep all packaging material, as this is required for us to investigate with the carrier. Please remember to take photos and send them in to us to avoid any further delays in resolving your query.
