Delivery times are excluded on all our made to order products.

Our posting days are Monday – Friday excluding weekend and bank holidays. All orders received by 11:30am are dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time are dispatch the next available working day. If you require any orders to be dispatched outside these times please do contact us and we may be able to accommodate you.

Our delivery partners are Royal Mail, Evri, ParcelForce and DHL. Depending on the size & weight of your order the best fit option will be selected. We use ParcelForce for all Express Delivery.

All orders are fully tracked. Customer are supplied with their tracking details on their order dispatch email.

Please be advised that Lullabuy are not responsible for any delays in delivery which may occur from our delivery partners. We do however aim to offer a proactive customer service and any issues regarding deliveries will be address in a timely and professional manner.

VAT:

All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. This means that the prices paid for products is always the same. For orders where delivery is to a non-EU address, both the product and the delivery prices will be zero-rated, with no UK VAT chargeable. However, the products prices are always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale.
