Returning a product because you changed your mind
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to register your request. We will reply back with all the details and confirm receipt of your request.
You have 14 days from day of delivery to inform us that you would like to return your item and a further 14 days to send it back to us.
All items must be returned in unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags) as it was delivered. We'll provide an exchange of the item if requested (delivery charges applies) or process a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Deliveries that are returned back to us due to 'non-collection' or 'customer refused delivery' incur a £6.95 charge. Lullabuy reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet these requirements.

Returning a faulty item
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase please do contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to assist you. If product needs to be returned for replacement or refund, please include your original proof of purchase (email order confirmation) and we’ll have this exchanged (if possible) or refund it. After 30 days, we'll repair or replace the product in accordance to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
