If items are damaged, it is important to remember to keep all packaging material, as this is required for us to investigate with the carrier. Please remember to take photos and send them in to us to avoid any further delays in resolving your query.

Most in stock items are delivered within 2-3 working days. For urgent deliveries, we have a express service and also a Saturday delivery service also. You can find all information relating to delivery on our dedicated delivery page here.

If the items are in stock then yes, providing your order has been placed and completed by 11.30am Monday – Friday.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive your dispatch email with your tracking number to follow your parcel. Please refer to our delivery page for more information.
